2. E-Gift card can be redeemed once and should be redeemed in full. Upto 3 Gift Cards can be Clubbed for single Order.
3. E-Gift card is redeemable for purchases at participating Thomas Cook branches within India & www.thomascook.in.
4. If the balance in your E-Gift card is lower than the order value, you can combine your payment with Credit /debit card or with net banking.
5. Purchase of foreign exchange & Visa services is not allowed through this card. E-Gift card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher.
6. If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
7. No duplicate card will be issued.
8. Thomas Cook (India) Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card.
9. The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it.
10. E-Gift card is the property of Thomas Cook (India) Limited to whom it should be returned on request.

12. Thomas Cook (India) Limited reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
13. Any legal disputes are to be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.
