1. This Gift Card is valid for 90 days from the date of activation and can be redeemed only for merchandise on www.avastavg.in
2. In case, the value of merchandise purchased exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer via payment options on www.avastavg.in
3. Any balance amount on the used gift card, can be utilized for another purchase within the validity period.
4. This Gift Card cannot be redeemed, replaced, refunded, revalidated or exchanged for cash.
5. Protect the Gift Card number and the PIN to avoid misuse.
6. JRS Investments (on behalf of Avast-AVG) reserves the right to reject a gift card, if any fraudulent act is suspected and shall not assume any liability in case the card PIN gets stolen/compromised.
7. JRS Investments (on behalf of Avast-AVG) is the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Disputes would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
