 How to Redeem 

• The E-Mail and SMS contains the Voucher Code.
• Select any Hershey product from grofers.com/ Grofers mobile app/ Hershey Store: grfrs.app.link/Hersheys_GC_ .
• Select your shipping address and select on “deliver here”.
• Click on “Proceed to Payment”. Click on “Promo Code & Bank Offers”.
• Enter the code in “Have a promo code” tab and place your order.

 Terms & Conditions

1.  This is a Hershey’s Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) powered by Grofers and would be accepted on Grofers.com or Grofers Android/ iOS App or grfrs.app.link/Hersheys_GC_
2. The person who has the Hershey’s GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The Gift Voucher will only be applicable on all Hershey India products listed on Grofers.com or Grofers Android iOS App or grfrs.app.link/Hersheys_GC_ : Hershey’s Syrups, Spreads, Cocoa, Sofit, Kisses, Bars and Hershey’s Exotic Dark.
4. The voucher is valid till March 31st, 2021. No extension for the same will be provided under any circumstances
5. The voucher will be valid on the ongoing price of the product.
6. The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer or promotion.
7. Neither Hershey’s nor Grofers is responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
8. Only ONE GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
9. This is a ONE time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
10. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
11. 11.Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
12. Hershey’s GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
13. Hershey’s GV / GC cannot be used along with other Promo codes or bank offers while making a transaction.
14. Delivery charges will be applicable as minimum order value norms.
15. The gift code does not cover delivery charges, packaging charges, tip amount or any other extra charges applicable on Grofers for order processing. These charges would still be payable additionally after applying the gift code.
16. The GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates as may be intimated / updated by Grofers on its website from time to time. Hershey’s or Grofers may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
17. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at New Delhi Gurugram shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Grofers shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Grofers, GV / GC may not get accepted on the website and Grofers shall have no liability for the same.
19. If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours

21. Grofers reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.
22. Grofers has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
23. Hershey’s & Grofers reserve the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
24. Grofers reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
25. In no event the liability of Grofers for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.
