Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants to this program must be 18 years of age and must be a registered customer on faboolus.com.
  2. Users shall be rewarded with Faboolus reward points for every successful referral.
  3. Successful referral is one where the referred person either visit faboolus.com and/or make a successful purchase of the product link shared by you.
  4. Successful purchase would mean purchased item paid for is delivered and return period for same is over.
  5. Reward points earned by the participants can be used only for their purchase on the website. They cannot be redeemed for cash nor can be transferred to other users.
  6. Participants of this program can redeem their reward points at applicable rate set by faboolus.com from time to time.
  7. Faboolus.com has sole right to decide on redemption restrictions on products or categories.
  8. Reward points earned would be valid for use for six month from date of earn of reward points by user. Faboolus.com has sole right to revise the expiry period of the points from time to time.
  9. Faboolus.com has sole right to revise the Earn rate and redemption rate for Reward points.
  10. Participants of this program would be governed by Terms and Conditions set in here along with terms of Use of faboolus.com. Faboolus.com reserves the right to disqualify or invalidate any individual’s referral reward, which has been obtained through fraud or abuse of this ‘Refer and Earn’ Program or otherwise is in violation of these terms.
  11. Faboolus.com reserves the right to cancel or modify this Program, or alter the terms and conditions of this program at any time and, for any reason, at it’s sole discretion and without prior notice. The Referrer and the Referred Friend/customer will be deemed to have accepted such changes after they are published on faboolus.com website.

Faboolus.com is not responsible for any failed transactions due to which user wasn’t able to earn reward points due to any reason including failures relating to technical, hardware, url link breaks, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind that may prevent the Customer from participating/availing the benefits of this Program.
  13. Faboolus.com decision shall be final and binding in all circumstances with respect to the matters relating to the Program.
  14. By entering into the Program, both ‘Referrer’ and ‘Referred Friend’ shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Program.
  15. This Program shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and would subject to jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
