Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns Policy
- Our 7 Days Returns Policy allows you to replace/return your item within 7 days of delivery.
- If you have received the products in the following conditions, such products are returnable within the applicable return window
- Damaged or defective
- Wrong item, size, quantity
- Missing parts or accessories
- Return will be processed only if it is assessed by us that:
- the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition with manufacturer's box, MRP / price tag and any all items present in the shipment to you.
- If you have ordered an incorrect model or color of product or incorrect product ordered, such products may not be eligible for return. You can reach out to us at support@faboolus.com in such cases and we will make efforts to consider the request on a case by case basis at our discretion
- Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated once we the item is received by the seller and pass it through the necessary quality checks. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement or refund
- Once the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method or to your bank account
- Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the item in stock. If the seller does not have the item in stock, you will receive a refund
- For device-related issues of electronic goods, please contact the respective customer service center of the manufacturer. On the basis of the manufacturer’s evaluation report, we will provide resolution.
- Certain items that are labelled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.
- Items that you return should not be used, altered/tampered washed or soiled. Original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, accessories should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
- Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
- Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable.
- Non-returnable and non-replaceable products are listed herewith and such products are not eligible for return and replacement
- We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
- All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.
- Some products are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, replacement and returns.
- Seller will be solely responsible for selling the defective product to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product and www.faboolus.com shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
- In each of the above categories, there will be products that are non-refundable or non-returnable. Please refer to the sections below for details of such exclusions

Process for return of items
Go to Orders to initiate a return.
Note: If you need to contact the seller for a return and the seller fails to address your query in two business days, please reach out to support@faboolus.com to assist you.
Please ensure the following if you are seeking return / replacement
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- Self-Return option will be given if the return is not eligible for pickup by the logistic partner
- Once the return is received by the seller and the seller notifies us, you will, in accordance with faboolus.com refund policy be issued a refund to your original payment method.
- For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account

Refund Timeframes
Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by the Seller and is notified to us

Please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information if the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
Refund of Shipping Cost
- For all returns or replacement that meet the criteria listed herewith, shipping costs will be refunded to the customer.
- For all returns and replacement that does not meet the criteria listed herewith but still the customer insist for a return or replacement at customer remorse or discretion, shipping costs for return and also for replacement shall be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for free replacement
Eligible items mentioned herewith are eligible for free replacements. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier. Replacement shall only be provided once the seller receives the item from the customer and notifies us.
Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Item received is physically damaged;
- Item received has missing parts or accessories. If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item;
- Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on faboolus.com; or
- Item received is defective/does not work properly
Return Pick-up
Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the items shall be in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, self-shipment option will be automatically selected. A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the item(s) or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be. For self-shipment, seller shall reimburse shipping fee to the customer. Customer will have to submit courier bill to avail shipping costs.
Cancellation of items or orders
- If the customer intends to cancel an item or order, it shall be done within 48 hours from the purchase date or before the item has been dispatched whichever is earlier. Refunds will be processed as detailed in this section
- If your order has already been dispatched and the customer wishes to cancel the order, customer will be charged a cancellation fee of “5%” of the order value plus the shipping charges. This will be deducted from the refund paid to the customer.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.

- Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
- Order Cancellations are subject to Terms and Conditions of this document
Cancellation of Services
- If the customer intends to cancel a service related order, it shall be done before 24 hours from the date of service delivery date. Refunds will be processed as detailed in this section
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order after order cancellation timeframe mentioned above, customer will be charged a cancellation fee of “5%” of the order value. This will be deducted from the refund paid to the customer.

Fraudulent Actions and Transactions
Repeated return requests and cancellation is not acceptable without a valid reason. We reserve a right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns
We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or refund or replacement, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
We may also notify that the facility of pickup for returns from you has been withdrawn, in which case, you will have to bear your own expense and logistics to return the product back to the Seller.
The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. Refund for returned products or replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through conditions mentioned above. If the product received fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
You shall not be entitled to receive the product or refund or replacement of the same if we find that any transaction(s) by you have misused the Website/App to perform any action that is considered to be illegal, fraudulent, unlawful whether under any current legislation or not. Faboolus.com reserves the right to hold on to and forfeit such amounts received from you or to be received from you at a later date, or claim such amount from you against any taxes, duties, penalties, interest, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, orders, judgments and consequences arising from investigation or enquiry by government or internal to www.faboolus.com.
